Carl Jochens became the owner of a 160 acre farm in Section 21, Township 25, Range 1 on March 11, 1907. It was deeded over to him from M.H Paukow. Later Reneee Jochens Halssey's grandparents, Fred and Esther Jochens gained ownership in approximately 1920's. Her parents tok ownership after their marriage in 1948. Lawrence passed away on January 5, 2004 and Hilda on June 1, 1989. The Trustees deed to the property was signed by Renee on April 13, 2004. |
