I know that participating in a hot dog eating contest and eating numerous hot dogs in one sitting at a fast pace is potentially hazardous and an uncomfortable activity. 2. I should not enter the contest unless I am medicallly able. 3. I agree to abide by all rules. 4. I eat at my own risk. 5. I waive and release The Wayne County Fair, Board Members and Anyone associated with the Hot Dog Eating Contest, from all claims of liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation of this contest.
